Necromancy is back as Boundless Necromancer Chapter 41 is soon going to release. Han Sungyoon planned his attack against Namgoong Hyuk. Namgoong Hyuk is currently dominating Sungyoon, and if this keeps up, Sungyoon will die without being able to score a killing blow. Sungyoon is refining his sword Qi in this chapter (chapter 40). Nonetheless, Namgoong Hyuk is on a completely different level, so it alone won’t be enough to overcome him. Namgoong Hyuk has A-rank swordsmanship, making him better than Sungyoon.

At the beginning of this chapter, Sungyoon and Namgoong Hyuk get into a physical fight. Namgoong Hyuk is frustrated because he believes Sungyoon has excellent fighting potential but is so weak. When Sungyoon makes the first move, Namgoong Hyuk easily takes him down.
Namgoong Hyuk is the target of everyone’s attention, but he manages to avoid harm. Catharine observes that Namgoong Hyuk relaxes his defenses, so she approaches from behind to dampen his abilities. But it doesn’t help, and Namgoong Hyuk becomes mad at them for getting in the way of his fight with Sungyoon.

He then readies himself to assault them. The white crane swordmaster then gives Sungyoon a mana injection in a flashback scene. She instructs Sungyoon to inject his blade with mana to make it more lethal. Back in the present, Namgoong Hyuk launches an attack on Catherine, but Sungyoon counters it with an equal or greater blow. Sungyoon instructs Catherine to stay back while he takes on Namgoong Hyuk.
But Han Sungyoon is struggling to defeat Namgoong Hyuk, and he has no chance of doing so at the moment. To aid Sungyoon regain his strength, Hyungmin, Choonseok, and possibly even Catherine will enter the battle in the following episode. Namgoong Hyuk will win even if the three of them team up against him once more.
