Yeong Hoo begins 99 Boss Chapter 11 by defining BTS, the Battle Target System. It indicated that when an underdog requests a challenge, the class leader should accept it. The school monarch is watching the whole process, and the victor will become the next class ruler.
As Yeong Hoo began to babble, the hospital patients became aware of his actions and began to doubt his sanity. The comatose man eventually woke up, but a call from a friend sent him stumbling back into BTS land. The outcome of this duel will determine the 1999 king, so Hoo must witness it.
Several figures then burst into the gym, where they start yelling at the assembled junior class members. The request for a BTS match from a transfer student caught everyone off guard, but some thought it should be fine since the monarch had already given his approval. But that was when Seon Wook began to get evaluations from students in their second year of school. However, one second-year student, Suzy, had an unusual reaction to Wook, which may have hinted at a romantic relationship between them.
