Suryakumar Yadav was born on 14th September 1990. He is a right-handed batsman who has represented India in the ODI and T20I formats. His quick-fire knocks in the Indian Premier League (IPL) for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Mumbai Indians (MI) brought him to the limelight.
Apart from his displays in the IPL, Yadav has made quite a reputation for himself in the domestic circle playing for Mumbai. His performances for Mumbai in Ranji Trophy caught the attention of suitors in IPL. KKR signed Yadav in the 2014 IPL auctions.
In 2018, he was bought by Mumbai Indians. Following a stint of impressive displays, MI retained him for a hefty amount at the 2022 IPL auctions.
Yadav can pace his innings by combining it with hard-hitting and sensible strokes. He was the leading scorer in the 2018 IPL campaign and followed it with another good season in 2019.

In February 2021, Suryakumar Yadav received a call-up to India’s T20I squad for the series against England. He made his T20I debut on 14th March 2021 against England. A few noteworthy performances from Yadav earned him a place in the ODI squad to face England. However, he had to wait a bit more to make his ODI debut. His ODI debut came against Sri Lanka on 18th July 2021.

Devisha Shetty hails from a South Indian family. She is a talented dancer and is currently working as a dance coach in Mumbai. Devisha and Suryakumar met at R.A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics in Mumbai in 2012. They duo tied the knot on 7th July 2016. Devisha has worked as a volunteer for ‘The Lighthouse Project’, a non-governmental organization from 2013 to 2015.
