Chris made his One Day International debut against Australia during the same series. Chris grabbed 6 wickets in the second ODI while giving 45 runs. Chris made his Test debut on August 21 against Australia in the Ashes series’ last game. Chris earned the title of man of the match for his amazing performance in the 2019 world cup semifinal match against Australia. He scored several runs while also taking three wickets. In the 2022 ICC T20 world cup, Chris was part of the England’s team that went on to win the finals after defeating Pakistan.
