Dasun Shanaka is a Sri Lankan Cricketer, he is known for his aggressive style of batting in the middle-order and handy medium-fast bowling. He made his way into the national side following his brilliant performances in domestic cricket, which caught the selector’s eye. After a hard grind in domestic cricket, Shanaka was handed his maiden T20I call-up against Pakistan on 1st August 2015. Shanaka came into the limelight in a T20I match against India where he picked three decisive wickets and also played some handy cameos with the bat down the order.
