Sri Lanka will take on the United Arab Emirates in the 6th match of the T20 World Cup 2022 at the Simonds Stadium, Geelong on Tuesday. Asia Champions Sri Lanka were stunned by Namibia in their inaugural group stage fixture and will look to restore parity in their next game to stay alive in the marquee event. United Arab Emirates, meanwhile, lost a close game to the Netherlands in their inaugural fixture.
The action now will shift to the West Indies vs Scotland game. On Monday, October 17, the West Indies will meet Scotland in the third match of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022. The Bellerive Oval in Hobart will host the Group B match. The match promises to be an exciting contest after what unfolded on day 1 of the tournament.
