South Africa U19s will play against Australia U19s in the 13th warm-up match of the ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup 2023. The game will take place at St Stithians College in Johannesburg on January 11. Notably, the ICC has recently announced the warm-up fixtures for all 16 teams before the inaugural ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup in South Africa.
However, sixteen teams will compete in the two-week event across four venues in South Africa with 41 matches scheduled to be played as well. And the warm-up fixtures started on January 9 and run for two days prior to the first tournament match on January 14. The teams will play across four venues in Gauteng during the two days of warm-up fixtures – St Stithians College, Steyn City School, Tuks Oval and Hammanskraal Oval as well. Each team has two scheduled warm-up games, one on each day, before the mega tournament.
