The Papua New Guinea tour of Singapore 2022 will run from July 2 to 6. The tour will consist of a four-match T20I series which will get underway with the inaugural contest on Tuesday. The second match will take place on July 3 while the third and fourth contest will take place on 5th and 6th respectively. All the matches will be played at the Indian Association Ground, Singapore.
The home team last featured in a T20I series against Malaysia. They started with a win in the inaugural contest but lost two consecutive matches to concede the series. Papua New Guinea, meanwhile, played their last match against Oman last year where they lost by a margin of 85 runs. However, PNG will be looking to make the most of this encounter, as they won their last match against Singapore by 43 runs.
Singapore national team, led by Amjad Mahboob, will look to maintain a clean slate in the three-match T20I series.
