Malaysia will host Bhutan in the third match of the Malaysia Quadrangular Series 2022 at the UKM-YSD Cricket Oval, Bangi, Malaysia on Sunday. It will be second-time that both the teams will face each other in the ongoing series. The hosts defeated Bhutan by a massive 155-run margin in their inaugural contest on Saturday to begin the tournament on a positive note.

Malaysia openers Ahmad Zubaidi Zulkifle (96) and Virandeep Singh (54) notched up brilliant half-centuries to guide their side to 213/4 in the stipulated 20 overs after being put into bat while Muhammad Wafiq Irfan Zarbani picked up two wickets to restrict the visitors to 58/8. Bhutan openers Namgay Thinley (17) and Jigme Singye (11) scored the most runs for their side as the visitors will look to better their performance in the second match.
