Mohammed Siraj was born on 13th March 1994. He is an Indian player who plays for Hyderabad in domestic cricket, Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League, and Team India across formats also. However, Siraj made his T20I debut for Team India against New Zealand on 4th November 2017. However, he made his ODI debut against Australia at the Adelaide Oval on 15th January 2019 also. On 26th October 2020, Mohammed Siraj was added to India’s Test squad for their series against Australia and after Mohammad Shami got injured, he replaced the veteran in the squad.

The speedster made his Test debut for India on 26th December 2020, against Australia whereas his first Test wicket was of Marnus Labuschagne. In January 2021, during the fourth Test of the series against Australia, he claimed his first five-wicket haul in Test cricket as well. Moreover, he plays in the cash-rich Indian Premier League also. Sunrisers Hyderabad bought him in February 2017 for 2.6 crores but in January 2018, he was bought by the Royal Challengers Bangalore, On 21st October 2020, he became the first bowler in the history of the Indian Premier League to bowl consecutive maiden overs in a single game as well.
