Legends League Cricket 2022, World Giants: Squad, Captain, Key Players

The second edition of the Legends League Cricket 2022 will run from September 16 to October 8, according to an official media release. The season will feature four privately owned franchises with 110 international players in action. Former India cricketers Virender SehwagIrfan Pathan and Yusuf Pathan will be a part of the Legends League Cricket 2022 which will be entirely played in Muscat, Oman.

The first season of Legends League Cricket had former cricketers from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Australia, England, among other cricket nations divided into three franchises representing India, Asia and Rest of the World. Cricket fans all across the world saw the Legends of Cricket sweat it out at their competitive best during the first season.

The Legends League Cricket is owned by the Absolute Legends Sports Pvt Ltd and was founded by Raheja and Vivek Khushalani. Former India cricketer and head coach Ravi Shastri became a part of the tournament in 2019 as the commissioner. “The Carnival of Legends is back. Top Cricketers from around the world would be seen coming together. These players have contributed immensely to cricket throughout their career. I am looking forward to watching them play the Legends League Cricket second season,” Shastri said.
