Lucknow Super Giants will play against Mumbai Indians in the all-important Eliminator of the Indian Premier League 2023 season, on Wednesday, the 24th of May, 2023. LSG has had a great season initially but they lost their way in between of the tournament. Meanwhile, their captain KL Rahul also sustained an injury and he has been ruled out for the remainder of the season. Krunal Pandya has been leading the team since then in his absence. Ravi Bishnoi, meanwhile, has been in great form and the rest of the bowlers have also done well.
Apart from him, Avesh Khan, Marcus Stoinis and Nicolas Pooran are also in form so far this season and they are likely to do well in the all-important game against Mumbai Indians. On the other hand, Mumbai Indians got off to a slow start but they bounced back and sealed a place in the playoffs as well. However, a win against the LSG will take them to the 2nd Qualifiers as well. Players like Ishan Kishan, Suryakumar Yadav, Nehal Wadhera, Piyush Chawla and Akash Madhwal are stepping up whereas Cameron Green, Kumar Kartikeya and Tim David are in good form. It will be interesting to see which team will seal te deal.
