Both the teams have faced each other only once in the history of IPL, in which Mumbai Indians won by 5 runs. Mumbai is currently at the 7th spot in the points table with 3 wins out of 6 matches, whereas Gujarat Titans is at the 4th spot with 4 wins out of 6 matches. Match is going to be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad city of Gujarat, which is the home ground of GT. They surely will have the advantage, but it would be interesting to watch either of the teams getting 2 points.
Shubman Gill is one of the most talented and important players in this Indian Premier League (IPL) season. He is capable of scoring runs in quick succession and directing the innings in his own way. Hardik is one of the best all rounders out there, seeing his batting and wicket taking abilities. On the other hand is an all rounder from Australia, Cameron Green. Green has had an outstanding season so far for MI, as he has scored runs and taken important wickets. It’s going to be a key battle between these two all rounders, when they will take on each other.
Suryakumar Yadav is one of the most versatile batsmen out there. He can score runs in all the directions and that too quickly. He seemed to be out of form at the start of the tournament, but now from the past three matches he made his comeback. On the other hand is Rashid Khan, undoubtedly one of the best spinners in the IPL. He can eliminate any set batsmen out with his dynamic spin bowling. Rashid has taken 12 wickets in 6 matches this season, whereas Suryakumar has scored 123 runs in 6 matches this season. It would be interesting to watch Surya taking on Rashid’s spin bowling and countering it, or Rashid eliminating Surya at the early stage.
