Women’s cricket has been added to the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games (CWG) which is scheduled to begin at the Edgbaston Stadium on July 29. On the other hand, the bronze and gold medal matches will take place on August 7 as well. However, Team India will take on Australia in the inaugural match at Edgbaston in Birmingham with Pakistan taking on Barbados later at the same venue as well. Barbados are the team from the West Indies that will represent the country in the Commonwealth Games as well.

While hosts England will begin their campaign on July 30. However, England will play against South Africa on August 2 and New Zealand on the 4th as well. Much-awaited India vs Pakistan match will be played on July 31 and Australia will also take on Pakistan on August 3 as well. Meanwhile, Pakistan have a strong side that can trouble any team in world cricket now. The team will be led by Bismah Maroof. On the other hand, Barbados too is likely to give a tough fight as well.
