Finland will take on Sweden in the FIBA U-20 Women’s European Championship. From July 8 to July 16, the FIBA U-20 Women’s European Championship 2022 will be held in Sopron, Hungary. From July 8 through July 11, the teams will participate, and on July 12, the round of 16 will begin. On July 12, the quarterfinals will begin, and on July 15, the semifinals. On July 16, there will also be the Finals.

The teams are split up into the following four categories: A, B, C, and D. The Czech Republic, France, Hungary, and the Netherlands make up Group A. Finland, Italy, Belgium, and Sweden make up Group B. Spain, Lithuania, Poland, and Bulgaria make up Group C. Portugal, Ireland, Latvia, and Serbia make up Group D.

Magdalena Szymkiewicz of Poland is currently in first place in this competition with 28 points, 6 assists, and 4 rebounds. Polish star Kamila Borkowska maintains her position in the top two with 20 points and 7 rebounds. Magdalena and Kamila improved their team’s performance together. Illaria Panzera, Eszter Madar, Liliana Georgieva, Nevena Vuckovic, Alicja Rogozinska, and Weronika Piechowiak are other participants. Poland has surpassed Spain, Bulgaria, Portugal, Latvia, Serbia, the Czech Republic, and other teams in the team standings with 90 points. Unfortunately, Sweden, Ireland, and Lithuania received the fewest points overall and placed bottom in the rankings.
