UFC President Dana White continues to exhibit his generous nature, with his latest display of goodwill directed towards UFC champion Aljamain Sterling. Sterling, the Jamaican star, recently emerged victorious in his title defense against former two-weight champion Henry Cejudo, reaffirming his dominant presence in the bantamweight division.
The upcoming bout between Aljamain Sterling and Sean O’Malley, the next contender in line according to both the rankings and UFC President Dana White, was initially scheduled but faced delays. This decision from the champion to postpone the fight did not sit well with White, causing a dispute between them. However, the two have since reconciled and resolved their differences, paving the way for the highly anticipated matchup to finally come to fruition.
UFC President Dana White expressed his frustration when it was hinted that Aljamain Sterling might postpone his title defense against Sean O’Malley scheduled for August. In response to White’s remarks during a press conference, Sterling vehemently reacted, addressing him as “Uncle Dana, bro.” Sterling expressed his disappointment at being portrayed as the antagonist in the situation and suggested that White should have discussed the matter privately instead of airing it publicly.

“Uncle Dana, bro. You put me in the situation, and you make it sound as if you want me to be the bad guy, tell me behind closed doors,” he said. “So it’s just like, at what point do I get credit from the UFC? Dana is super nice behind closed doors, but then he tells me I can’t get out of my own way.”
Fortunately, the dispute between Aljamain Sterling and UFC President Dana White has been resolved, leading to the official booking of the fight.
In a show of appreciation, UFC President Dana White, renowned for his indulgence in luxury items, has chosen to reward Aljamain Sterling for his positive demeanor. Sterling took to his Instagram profile to reveal that White had fulfilled his promise by purchasing a car he had frequently mentioned—an extravagant Lamborghini Huracan valued at $652,000.
