Middleweight champion Israel Adesanya displayed a remarkable ability to visualize the future when he picked Dricus du Plessis to defeat Robert Whittaker at UFC 290. While many doubted du Plessis’ chances, Adesanya’s intuition proved right as the South African fighter emerged victorious.

On his YouTube channel, Adesanya shared insights into his manifestation process, emphasizing that it goes beyond mere wishful thinking. He believes in putting in the necessary work to align his thoughts with reality. Adesanya’s “Kumbaya” comment hints at the misconception that visualization is merely about sitting back and hoping for outcomes to materialize. Instead, the champion emphasizes that achieving results requires unwavering dedication and action.

Adesanya was rooting for du Plessis, and he admitted that he “lost his sh*t” when the South African fighter knocked out Whittaker.

“I was giving him energy,” Adesanya said. “Like f*** yeah, positive affirmations, like ‘Let’s go.’ But yeah, when it happened, I just lost my sh*t. People say I turned heel. It isn’t heel. I could feel myself switch and the beast comes out.”

Adesanya is now expected to face du Plessis in his next fight. The two competitors have been trading insults online, and it is obvious that they are both anxious to face off in the octagon and resolve their problems.

“I’m going to beast out next opponent,” Adesanya said. “I’m going to show you why I’m the king.”

It’s anticipated that Adesanya vs. du Plessis will be one of the biggest middleweight contests in UFC history. They are both 185-pound competitors who have never lost in the UFC and are regarded as some of the finest in the world.
