The 2022 edition of the FINA World Junior Open Water Swimming Championships came to an end with the United States and Hungary winning the 4X1500m relay events. In the 14-16 age category, the USA won the relay, whereas Hungary clinched the gold in the 17-18 group. Hungary emerged the winner of the overall tournament winning seven medals, out of which four were gold and three were bronze. The USA (4 Gold) and Italy (2 Silver, 2 Bronze) secured the second and third spots.
