The Wheelchair Handball World Championship 2022 will be held from September 22 to 25, 2022, at the Hassan Moustafa Sports Hall in Egypt’s 6th of October City. The competition will be held for the first time, featuring four players in a team. Six teams will participate in the competition, including the host, one team from Asia, two teams from Europe, and one team each from South and Central America. The competition will be contested with mixed teams, which means that each team must have at least two female players, with at least one female player on the court at all times. The competition will begin with a preliminary stage in round-robin format, in which each team will play each other once before the final day of the event.
The LIVE Streaming of the Wheelchair Handball World Championship 2022 will be available on the Facebook account of the International Handball Federation (IHF). It will also be streamed on the official website of the IHF.
