Check out the teams participating and the schedule of the Asian Netball Championships which is going to be held in Singapore.
Singapore will host the Asian Netball Championships 2022 (ANC) which is scheduled to take place from Sep 3 to Sep 11, 2022. The tournament will serve as a qualifying event for the Netball World Cup 2023 with the top two teams earning an automatic berth to the championships. 11 teams will be taking part in this biennial tournament. The nations competing are Singapore, Sri Lanka, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei, Chinese Taipei, Japan, Maldives, Hong Kong, and the Philippines. The 2020 edition of the championships was postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The last edition of the championships took place in 2018 when Sri Lanka clinched their fifth title defeating Singapore 69-50.
