The New Jersey Devils will take on the Calgary Flames at the Prudential Center for an NHL game on Tuesday. New Jersey defeated the Calgary Flames 4-3 in their last game. Fabian Zetterlund scored two goals while Nathan Bastian and Miles Wood scored one goal each as the Devils won the game by one goal.
After the game, two goal hero Zetterlund said, “I worked hard for it, my whole life, actually. I know when the puck is coming there I won’t miss. You can hear everyone having fun. We have a game plan. All four lines and the D-corps and our goalies are following it so it’s easy.”
The Calgary Flames on the other hand lost their last game 4-3 against the New York Islanders. A brace from Mikael Backlund and one goal from Elias Lindholm was not enough as Calgary fell to their fourth defeat of the season.
Flames coach Darryl Sutter said after the game, “I thought we played really well. I think we were really good from the outset. We turned a couple pucks over that cost us a point.”
