Colorado Avalanche will host the Minnesota Wild at the Ball Arena for an NHL preseason game on Tuesday. Defending Stanley Cup champions, Avalanche come into this game on the back of a 3-1 win over the Vegas Golden Knights. Goals from Alex Beaucage, Bowen Byram and JT Compher ensured that Colorado had an easy outing against Vegas. Goalie Alexandar Georgiev made his debut in an Avalanche sweater as he had a good game making 12 saves of the 13 shots he faced.

The Minnesota Wild on the other hand come into this game on the back of a 3-2 win over the same opponents, the Colorado Avalanche in their first game of preseason. Ryan Hartman, Kirill Kaprizov and Calen Addison all scored one goal each for Minnesota as Ryan Hartman and Kirill Kaprizov also recorded one assist each. Austrian Marco Rossi who had two assists in the game said after the game, “Last year was new for me and this year I am coming in and know what is expected of me and I just try to prove to everyone that I belong here.”
