The game between the Boston Bruins and Calgary Flames will take place at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts on Thursday, November 10 at 7:00 PM ET.
The Boston Bruins will welcome the Calgary Flames to the TD Garden for an NHL game on Thursday. The Bruins picked up a fine 3-1 victory over St. Louis Blues on Monday with three different players scoring for the men in white. Patrice Bergeron, Jake DeBrusk and Trent Frederic scored a goal each. Bergeron had seven shots on goal, the most of anyone in the team.
Bruins head coach Jim Montgomery said after the game, “I think it’s always fitting that Bergeron comes through. There’s not enough words that I can say about how much he means to the team culture and to the team productivity. He’s a player that gets the job done night in and night out.”
Calgary Flames put up a good fight but fell to a tight 3-2 loss against the New Jersey Devils on Tuesday. Nazem Kadri and Tyler Toffoli scored for the Flames in what was a losing effort. The duo attempted three and six shots on goal respectively.
A frustrated Kadri said after the match, “It’s OK to let it out sometimes. But at the end of the day, frustration isn’t going to get you nowhere. It’s just going to dig you a deeper hole. So at the end of the day, I believe in the guys in here. We’re just going to have to dig in.”
