The game between the Anaheim Ducks and Tampa Bay Lightning will take place at Honda Center in Anaheim, California on Wednesday, October 26 at 10:00 PM ET.
The Anaheim Ducks will welcome the Tampa Bay Lightning to the Honda Center for an NHL game on Wednesday. Anaheim were beaten soundly in their last game as they lost 5-1 to the Detroit Red Wings. Trevor Zegras was the only player to get on the scoresheet for the Ducks as Detroit ran riot on the day.
After the coach, Ducks coach Dallas Eakins spoke to the press and said, “You can’t win in this game with just your goalie and three players playing well. You’ve got to have all 18 skaters and your (goalie) going every night if you are consistently going to be on the right side of the score.”
The Tampa Bay Lightning on the other hand lost their last game 4-2 to the Los Angeles Kings. Brandon Hagel and Nikita Kucherov scored the two goals for Tampa Bay as they fell to the Los Angeles outfit. Goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy had a good game for Tampa Bay as he saved 29 of the 33 shots he faced and finished the game with a save percentage of .879.
Goalscorer Brandon Hagel said after the game, “There’s no need to stress out. Everyone believes in this room that we’ll turn it around. There’s some adversity throughout the year, and it just happened to be at the start of the year for us.”
