Harrison Smith is regarded by many as one of the modern greats and plays as a football safety in the National Football League (NFL). He was born on 2 February,1989 in Augusta, Georgia and currently plays for the Minnesota Vikings. He played college football for the Norte Dame where he began his career at linebacker. During his first season, he recorded 57 tackles, which included 8.5 tackles for loss, and 3.5 sacks. It was in the following season when he started at the strong safety and he also served as the team captain in his final season and he played and started in all 13 games recording 90 tackles including 3 tackles for loss.
