Brady just posted an Instagram Story of his garden retreat, highlighting the proverb “Home is where the heart is ❤️❤️❤️.” The picture showed an exquisite outdoor dining area next to a spotless swimming pool, encircled by thick palm palms that created the illusion of a perfect getaway.
The Indian Creek Island estate, which Brady and his ex-wife Gisele Bündchen purchased in 2020, is evidence of his taste for better things in life. At a whopping $17 million, the property is located in a gated community with prominent people like Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner. The island, which is only reachable by a guard-gated bridge, has its police force and offers its wealthy residents the highest level of protection and seclusion.
After 13 years of marriage, Brady and Bündchen formally filed for divorce in October 2022, but their real estate legacy lives on.
