Tristan Tate and former Kickboxing champion Andrew Tate, has been released from jail and placed under house arrest in Romania. Romanian officials arrested the two brothers in February 2023, accusing them of drug trafficking and other offenses.

Andrew and Tristan Tate have been transferred to different residences in the same region of Romania, according to reports, and they will be watched by local authorities. Andrew Tate’s lawyer confirmed his client’s release and expressed relief that he may finally spend time with his family, albeit under stringent terms.

Tristan Tate posted a tweet captioned “IFTAR”, which is bringing doubts to many about whether Tristan Tate is also converted to Islam.

But till now there are no reports supporting Tristan Tate converting his religion. But he respects Andrew Tate’s religious belief as he recently converted himself to Muslim.

Tristan Tate speaks up about Andrew’s conversion to Islam

Tristan Tate, a former kickboxer and self-proclaimed “international playboy,” has now spoken out about his brother Andrew Tate’s apparent conversion to Islam. For those who are unaware, Andrew visited Dubai last month and was observed praying in a mosque. Following that, he announced his conversion to Islam on social media.

At the time, the rapid change raised a lot of questions. Tristan, the younger of the two Tate brothers, has revealed information concerning his older brother’s religious beliefs.

Tristan also speaks on Andrew Tate’s decision to convert

Andrew Tate has been in the public spotlight since he first became viral on the internet. Since then, admirers and critics have analyzed every element of his life. His recent commitment to Islam provides further meat for discussion. Tristan Tate described Andrew’s choice as follows:

“Andrew’s initial point about Islam that he was making many months ago before he officially went loud with his conversion… I knew about his thoughts, and you know, that way his heart was leaning for a long time…”

He went on to say that Andrew thought most Catholic nations were overly liberal and forgiving. Tristan explained that the main reason Andrew opted to convert was that many Islamic nations are staunchly religious. He stated:

“A Muslim would never insult his prophet. He never insults his own god and that too if you are in a Muslim country or even in the presence of Muslim people and you were to insult their god or their prophet, they would be absolutely furious.”

Tristan Tate went on to say that many Muslims place a high value on religion and would be offended if someone insulted Christian gods as well. Tristan Tate stated regarding the Tate brothers’ present house in the UAE:

“I feel perfectly at home in the middle east. I feel perfectly at home living with my brother who is now a Muslim. He is gonna put a Quran up above his title belt in the house. I have no problem with the book being in my house.”
