In Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead Episode 2, Akira is shown doing household chores in the midst of the apocalypse. He goes out to buy beer and supplies for his neighbors. While at the store, he encounters a girl who doesn’t find him attractive. However, she ends up saving him from a car crash. Back home, Akira receives news that the Kosakas, possibly his neighbors, have passed away. Before going to bed, he adds more items to his bucket list.
The episode also gives us a glimpse of the girl’s perspective. She takes the apocalypse more seriously and goes to the store for essential supplies. Eventually, she meets Akira. After returning home, she questions Akira’s positive attitude toward the apocalypse. The episode ends with her contemplating whether she should have gotten a dessert at the store.
