London-based software developer Vertex has announced details about the opening ceremony to be held inside Vertex Stadium, a virtual esports stadium.As part of the event, the developer is partnering with the National Esports Professionals Association (NEPA) to host an Echo VR competition.Taking place on December 17-18, the event will see top Echo VR teams compete inside virtual stadiums, where fans will have the option to create avatars and watch matches with other fans.
