VALORANT introduces new agents, game modes, and maps at regular intervals of time. However, these updates are sometimes buggy and can hamper the gaming experience of players. The introduction of Harbor and changes to Fracture have altered the meta in the VALORANT scene, with players trying to figure out the abilities of the new characters.

Well, there’s always something that doesn’t always go according to plan. This time, players are coming across a new bug that is restricting players from searching for a match even while they are inside a match.

Numerous players have encountered this error, leading users to believe that they have been banned from the servers. Players shouldn’t worry, as they haven’t been banned. The VAN 152 Error Code usually refers to an HWID ban, which happens when Vanguard (Riot’s Anti-Cheat) finds any third-party software that is cheating in the game.

How to fix this error?

An easy way to fix the error is by restarting the PC and even restarting the router. Another easy fix for this issue is going to Riot’s Support Page. There, players will have to submit a ticket and the team will review it as soon as possible, and with any luck, players will be back in the competitive queue within some time.

Hopefully, the developers at VALORANT will patch this error soon, especially considering the huge number of players that are getting affected by the issue.
