Valorant Update 8.01 Patch Notes Full Details

In Valorant’s 8.01 patch, the big highlight is definitely Breeze. They did something cool with the A Hall, changing how the game works on this famous map. Now, players have new things to try and different strategies to use in their matches.

For Skye fans, there are some changes to get used to in this update. Now, Skye’s Guiding Light won’t recharge during a round, and her flash will pop at the end by itself. When Seekers come close, players will see a special yellow warning arrow, making the game more interesting.

Iso got a nice boost in Valorant’s 8.01 update. His initial buff and shield time are now longer – from 15 to 20. This gives players more options for smart moves in the game. To keep things fair, the Shield width is a bit narrower, going from 120 to 100. Also, the Contingency cost is less now, down from 250 to 200. All these changes make Iso stronger in battles, making him a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield.

Raze, who’s all about big explosions, is louder in Valorant now. When she’s using her Blast Pack to move towards an opponent, the sounds are way more noticeable. They made this change so it’s easier to know where Raze is heading, especially when she’s getting close to the enemy’s area. It helps players understand what Raze is up to and makes it clearer when she’s making her moves in the game.

In the latest Valorant update (8.01), they made throwing stuff while jumping more reliable. Now, when you press the throw button within 100 milliseconds of starting a jump, the speed stays the same. This means the thrown thing lands in the same spot every time, making it more predictable. So, players can count on better consistency in how things fly through the air. It’s a small tweak, but it helps in making those jump throws work more smoothly in the game.
