In Episode 11, On their way to Unrepair and Unseen, Andy, Fuuko, and Tatiana landed in Rio. Andy made the decision to purchase a designer outfit from a shopping centre. Andy told Fuuko about the Black Auction, an illicit sale of negators, UMAs, and artefacts, while they were on the Union’s private aircraft. Juiz located both the auction and Unrepair in the same place. To sneak in, Andy and Fuuko needed disguises. Juiz suggested that Fuuko fall in love with Andy to boost her power. After choosing outfits, they took a stroll along the shore.
Andy requested a kiss, similar to Victor’s, but Fuuko declined. Despite Andy warning about Victor possibly returning, Fuuko wasn’t worried. Tatiana joined them and explained the plan. The next night, in a suit and dress, Andy and Fuuko entered the Black Auction.
They found an open booth and overheard discussions about a Negator being the main item. The language unification made Negators more accessible, but it also helped the Union expand its information network. Fuuko worried about Negators’ fates, with most either dying, joining the Union, or being sold at auctions. Andy revealed an alternative path: killing God.
On the deck, a couple was caught by the mafia. A Negator swiftly took down the guards, and Tatiana reported the incident to Juiz and Andy. Identified as Negator Hunters seeking revenge, Latla handed Rip a suit as they joined other negators.
