Tryndamere, a full AP 'wizard,' wins a LoL Arena round with insane healing

The Tryndamere player outlasted Master Yi after around a minute of kiting and healing—and even standing outside the ring to obtain some more healing from the plants—using the Arena's timer to dispatch their foe. Another factor in the Tryndamere's survival was Undying Rage (R).

A gamer might have just found the most bizarre build of them all in League of Legends’ new Arena game mode. An example of a Tryndamere player’s full ability power, healing-centric build that allowed them to survive an entire Arena round by continually healing and kiting their opponent across the ring of fire that surrounds the battlefield was seen in a clip that was posted to the official League subreddit earlier this week.

The Tryndamere player was left to face a Master Yi player one-on-one after the opening skirmish of the round when both their teammate and one of their opponent’s teammates passed away. If you need more information about Tryndamere, a full AP ‘wizard,’ who wins an LoL Arena round with insane healing, then read carefully, and don’t forget to share with your friends.

At this point, the Tryndamere player carried out their grand plan, using a combination of Spinning Slash (E) and Bloodlust (Q) to kite the Master Yi around the map while remaining in perfect health.

Tryndamere’s Bloodlust (Q) is accelerated by ability power, items like Moonstone Renewer, Spirit Visage, and other things that boost your healing and shielding power, as well as how full his Fury bar is. It also scales with the amount of his Fury bar. Nashor’s Tooth, Moonstone Renewer, Ionian Boots of Lucidity, as well as the Arena-exclusive items Rite of Ruin and Guardian’s Amulet, were all part of the Tryndamere player’s build, which they termed the “healing wizard” construct.

Instead of attacking Master Yi much, the Tryndamere player simply exploited the champion’s entire Fury bar and item-enhanced healing capability to restore well over 1,000 HP with each Bloodlust cast. To get to and from the Power Flowers dispersed throughout the map for a little additional healing and shielding, players can employ Spinning Slash.

While playing Arena can be really enjoyable, there are also aspects that can be incredibly unpleasant. Players quickly learned which champions and builds were too corny to advance in rank, and this Tryndamere video is a prime example of that. I can’t even picture playing against this Tryndamere, however, it’s amusing to sit here and chuckle at how ridiculous this play is. The Master Yi players who endured for as long as they did have my deepest admiration.
