The fans are excited for The New Gate Episode 8 which will be out soon. At long last, Schnee has returned to the celebration, Tiera has a new avatar companion, and the gang has progressed to the next supporting character.

The direction is open, although we did get some information on shady church business. Interesting and terrifying, at the same time. Its versatility makes it intriguing. Just five episodes are remaining to set the season’s path, build to a climax, and wrap things up, which is terrifying.

Recap and Review

I still can’t get over Tiera’s adorableness. Although Schnee and Shin have a longer history together, I find Tiera and Shin to be quite charming, therefore I’m crossing my fingers that we end up with a little harem. How fortunate for Yuzuha to get to feel her.

Schnee also appears to be easing into treating Shin more like an equal rather than a servant in their conversations. During their telepathic communication, she made some adorable, mischievous remarks about Shin being envious.

I understand that Shimmer’s role is to shield Tiera as she “chooses her path,” but my heart truly hopes that Shin and Schnee are the ones who accompany her. As of right now, she’s the most enjoyable aspect of the program.

And now we get to meet Girart, another one of Shin’s former friends! It would be great if we could also see more of his former entourage! Gets me wondering what happens in the next episode. I thought this one was decent, but it wasn’t up to par with the last episode. This episode is an introduction or transition episode. It was still enjoyable.
