You don’t have to wait much longer as Swordmaster’s Youngest Son Chapter 74 is just around the corner. When it comes to swordsmanship, the Runcandel family is unrivaled in all of Eldoria. After Temar, the first patriarch of the Runcandel family had 13 sons, the expectation was that the line would continue via the youngest, Jin Runcandel. However, the hands of fate had other plans for him.

Jin had no natural ability with a sword, despite everyone’s high hopes for him. This caused his siblings to treat him with ridicule and cruelty, and he became a social outcast. When Jin is finally unable to take the humiliation any longer, she is cast out of the Runcandel household.

Recap of the Previous chapter of Swordmaster’s Youngest Son

The chapter begins with Dante, Veradin, and Jin talking about the impostor who is pretending to be Veradin. Dante can’t believe someone in Ziple would be so brazen as to try to ape Veradin. Jin inquires of Veradin as to his plans for the imposter. The wizard Veradin informs him he was thinking about sending in the elite group to look at it.

Jin deliberates for a while before suggesting that it is not the best plan and that he would have taken the chance to portray them favorably to the media had he been in charge. If Veradin had stated that the Ziple’s would be seeking the impostor, Jin explains, the Ziple family would be mocked for falling for such a cheap scam. After some more conversation, Jin stands up to depart, and the once-hostile trio now part ways as pals.

Jin Achievements

Chiron had been waiting for a letter from Cassimir updating him on Jin for days. So he rips open the letter and finds out that Jin has become a six-star swordsman and that he has defeated Dante Hairan, the grandson of the present patriarch of the Hairan family, in the universe competition arena. He is not only shocked by Jin’s success but also frustrated with his “friend,” Casimir, for the letter’s brevity.

We cut to a room where Jin and Cassimir are sitting on sofas across from each other; after some light conversation, Jin gets down to the real business at hand: the map. Jin hands him a map and probes him for an explanation. However, Casimir shared his bewilderment; he too had never seen a map quite like it. Yuria, however, appears out of nowhere and casts a giddy spell-like gaze onto it in an effort to locate some elusive “treasure.”
