The previous chapter starts with Ophelia being given the task of finding the balmung sword on the 21st floor. She literally wanted to die but Kang didn’t let that happen. She has to work for Kang for her whole life.
Kang instructs her to tell them that she has found a way to locate the balmung sword. It was the best holy relic for hunting the dragons. The sword is sealed deep within some dungeon on the 21st floor. But there is also the corpse of a poisonous dragon beside it which is still lethal.
Kang went on his way to find Ferzis who is a great explorer. He agreed to help him in exchange for wanting the level and measuring Kang’s abilities to put on his list. But he was scared as he was a lone guy and the whole empire might come after that. But Kang says that why don’t they keep this information personal so no one will know about it?
At the end of the chapter, we see he was able to find the dungeon entrance but the vampires were following Kang in order to locate the sword. This was the bait that was thrown by Kang with the help of Ophelia.
