Torres’ fixation with the disguised Sakamoto, Nagumo, and Shin continues from the previous chapter. Observing Torres’s disengagement, Oki approaches him and inquires about his well-being.
Sakamoto calmly tells Shin not to stop moving even though he is anxious that they may have been found. While observing the gathering, Oki remarks that he noticed Aoi Sakamoto, Sakamoto’s wife, among the paperwork. Following this, he inquires of ‘Aoi’ as to Sakamoto’s location.
To keep Sakamoto in character, Torres suggests they abduct “Aoi” to get him to confess his whereabouts. Oki reminds Torres of the new restrictions that forbid any kind of purposeful harm to the general public and vehemently rejects his proposition.
According to Torres, abducting a couple of regular people wouldn’t have any impact because the rules are insignificant. Shin tries to pacify Sakamoto as his wrath against Torres’ heartlessness boils over. While he accomplishes this, Shin’s disguise falls apart, and the entire Order members take note. Suddenly, Torres materializes just behind Shin, whom he immediately recognizes.
In a flash, Nagumo steps in, knees Torres in the face, and then orders Shin and Sakamoto to run away while grinning. Sakamoto snatches Shin by the arm and the two of them bolt.
