Project L, an upcoming fighting game from Riot Games, will support both cooperative and competitive multiplayer play. The Project L team showed off new gameplay clips in a new video that Riot shared today, revealing the game will have a duo play mode that functions like “tag team wrestling,” according to game director Shaun Rivera.

A Fuse, a mechanic that increases the synergy between two fighters, can also be chosen by teammates before the start of a match. In contrast to the Double Down Fuse, which combines both characters’ Ultimates, the 2x Assist Fuse gives partners more assist actions.
