Rhapsody: Marl Kingdom Chronicles Game Collection Launches on August 29 in N. America, September 1 in Europe, September 8 in Oceania
Fans of classic RPGs can rejoice as NIS America announced the release of Rhapsody: Marl Kingdom Chronicles, a collection of two classic games from the Rhapsody/Marl Kingdom series. The collection includes Rhapsody II: Ballad of the Little Princess and Rhapsody III: Memories of Marl Kingdom, both of which will be available for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
The video trailer showcases the gameplay of Rhapsody II and confirms that both games will have English and Japanese voiceovers. The Rhapsody: Marl Kingdom Chronicles collection marks the first time that the second and third games in the Rhapsody/Marl Kingdom series will be available in the Western markets.
The collection will also have a limited edition that includes a hardcover artbook, 2-disc soundtracks for both games, three art cards, two acrylic displays, a cloth poster, and a box. The limited edition will be a must-have for collectors and fans of the series.
Rhapsody II: Ballad of the Little Princess was originally launched for PlayStation in Japan in November 1999, and Rhapsody III: Memories of Marl Kingdom debuted for PlayStation 2 in Japan in December 2000.
