The moment of truth arrives as they meet Kubo, who recognizes the duo from a previous encounter. Roy wastes no time in asking about Rekkuuza, sending shockwaves through Wakaba, who realizes the significance of this legendary Pokémon. Roy explains that he had attempted to capture Rekkuuza with a Monster Ball, but the creature managed to escape. Kubo decides to take them under his wing, offering to train them for the daunting task ahead.
In the upcoming episode, Roy and Liko bid farewell to Engine City and set off on their quest to track down Rekkuuza. Their journey takes them to the mysterious Galar Mine, the last known location of the legendary Pokémon. As they travel by ship, they encounter new adventures and a solitary Milbrim.
