Blizzard Entertainment announced that fans tuning in to the last few days of the 2022 Overwatch League season between October 30 and November 4 will be eligible for “postseason perks,” which include skins, name cards, emotes, and icons.The Overwatch League season is in its fifth season in 2022 and is played on the initial build of Overwatch 2 game, while the last four seasons in this game were played on the original title.

Following is the format for the OWL 2022 playoffs which is scheduled to begin on 30 October and end on 4 November:

• The top six best teams in the West area and three best team in the East area automatically qualify for Playoffs.
• Two best teams in the West area and one best team in the East area qualify for the playoffs via the Countdown Cup tournament , a tournament that serves as the play-in for this year 2022 Overwatch League Playoffs.
• Twelve playoff teams are placed in a double-elimination bracket.
• Seeds 1-4 Select your second round opponents team in the tournament
• Kiriko is available for play in this tournament.

How to watch and Claim Rewards :

First, in order to earn these rewards, users need to make sure that their Battle.net and YouTube accounts are linked. If you haven’t linked them yet, you can follow the steps mentioned below:

3.Highlight and select the Battle.net account in your phone

• Earn three Overwatch League tournament home and away skins for every three hours watched matches, up to 30 hours. Earnable skins include the newest Overwatch 2 heroes: Sojourn, Kiriko ,and Junker Queen
• Additionally, custom community-designed Overwatch 2 game cosmetics will be dropped after specific viewership milestones and get skins.

When a community milestone has been reached during the stream, Activision will issue custom community rewards. This means that the more players watch, the more they earn as a community.

The Overwatch League Playoffs begin on October 30th at 2PM PST. 12 teams will compete in the playoffs in a double-elimination tournament format. It is important to note that the losing teams on the second day will have the opportunity to climb back up from the losers’ square.
