Overwatch 2 players are eager to get their hands on Silhouette Icons, and with the new changes since the game’s launch, this is now possible. In this article, we will be discussing exactly that.

When players aren’t fighting over a Control point or desperately wrestling over a Payload, trying out cosmetics and customizing characters is a fun way to keep entertained and engaged in the game.

Since Overwatch 2 is a free-to-play game, Blizzard has made sure that there are a lot of additional attire-based items that players can get their hands on. Besides, there are fun limited-time events that pop up from time to time, adding even more cosmetics to OW2’s vast catalog.

Icons are a great way to be able to customize and uniquely kit out your player profile. A section of them, Silhouette Icons to be precise, have proven to be quite elusive, but we’ve compiled a guide to show players what they need to unlock them.

Unlocking Silhouette Icons in Overwatch 2

After being locked for several months after the launch of Overwatch 2, players and fans now simply need to take part in and win 15 games of Overwatch 2 with their chosen character.

For instance, if players want to unlock Reaper’s Silhouette Icon, they will have to select Reaper at the start of the match and go on to win the game using the character — and do this 15 times.

The reward will be a Silhouette Icon, which players can select from the customization screen. It could take some time, but winning 15 games shouldn’t be very difficult, and their reward will be a special cosmetic that they know how to get their hands on.

Overwatch 2 season four release date

Season four is just around the corner, and players will most likely have to wait a few more days, April 11, 2023, for the latest season of the game to change the game. The latest season will feature 80 battle pass tiers with a mythic hero skin as the ultimate reward for gamers willing to spend some time grinding.

Season three started on February 7 and brought meta-defining changes to many of the game’s tanks. Doomfist saw a major boost, becoming one of the main picks within the community after nerfs took tanks like Roadhog and Orisa down a little bit.

Prepare your favorite heroes to be nerfed into oblivion as the new season is about to begin. If it’s anything like season three, we will likely see mass changes across the board. Let’s hope Overwatch 2 season four will be a glitch-free update. The last thing anyone wants is more bugs with our favorite tanks, DPS, and supports.
