On Sunday, a teaser promotional video for the anime's third season was made available on the Rent-A-Girlfriend (Kanojo, Okarishimasu) manga via Reiji Miyajima's official website.

The third series of the critically popular Rent-A-Girlfriend anime series by Reiji Miyajima finally announced its July 2023 release date with an official trailer and a key image highlighting the main characters. Unexpectedly, the teaser also introduced a brand-new figure from the original manga series by the name of Mini Yaemori. Via a joyful illustration post on his official Twitter account, Miyajima unveiled the character to anime fans. The first episode’s official premiere has not yet been announced, despite TMS Entertainment and the creator has officially confirmed the release window for that day, February 16, 2023.

Yuu Serizawa, well known for her portrayal of Iroha Igarashi, the lead character in 3D Kanojo: Real Girl, has joined the Rent-A-Girlfriend season 3 cast as Mini Yaemori. As well as these roles, the voice actress has also voiced Yumemi Yumemite in Kakegurui, Shera L. Greenwood in How Not to Summon a Demon Lord and Kaname Arisugawa in TONIKAWA: Over The Moon For You. Mini Yaemori, a brand-new character in the series, is referred to be Kazuya Kinoshita and Chizuru Mizuhara‘s new cheerful neighbor. She broadcasts on Twitcasting and Nicolive as a YouTuber. Mini may resemble Ruka Sarashina in appearance due to her passion for cosplay and her childlike demeanor. She is, nevertheless, more forthright and direct than the latter.
Season 3 of Rent-A-Girlfriend will once again feature the following regular cast members:
Shin’ya Une, the director of the Rent-A-Girlfriend episode, will take over Kazuomi Koga’s position as showrunner for the forthcoming season at TMS Entertainment (in collaboration with Studio Comet). The scripts for the series will once again be written by Mitsutaka Hirota (Anime-Gataris, Nanbaka, The Prince of Tennis II). Designing the characters once more is Kanna Hirayama of the Selection Project. The music will once again be composed by HYADAIN. Together with the aforementioned individuals, the returning team also includes editor Yumiko Nakaba, compositing director of photography Shintaro Sakai, color key artist Fumiko Ishiguro, and sound director Hajime Takakuwa. In July 2022, the second season got underway. As the anime aired, Crunchyroll streamed it. 12 episodes of the first anime season were broadcast starting in July 2020 on the Animeism programming block. With the exception of Asia, Crunchyroll streamed the anime online.
