Naafiri Jungle's win rate in the League solo queue is the lowest three days after the release

In the future, it's possible (though not entirely likely) that players will prioritize Naafiri as a mid-lane assassin and disregard her as a jungler; few new champions maintain prominence in more than one position for an extended period after release.

There is always a little bit of a learning curve as the player base adjusts to the newest champion added to the League of Legends roster. Most of the time, that new addition struggles to produce strong numbers, typically as a result of a combination of inexperienced players trying their hand at the champion and Riot Games making balance changes based on a small sample size early on in the champion’s lifespan.

Last fall, when K’sante spawned onto the Rift and struggled to gain any momentum, we witnessed this phenomenon. Now, with Naafiri, we are witnessing it once more. If you need more information about Naafiri Jungle’s win rate in the League solo queue is the lowest three days after the release, then read carefully, and don’t forget to share with your friends.

Naafiri Jungle’s win rate in the League solo queue is the lowest three days after the release:

Naafiri Jungle is the worst choice in the game in the high-level solo queue just over three days after the champion’s debut, according to League stats website U.GG. There are 226 different champions and positions that can be combined according to the solo queue win rate tracking site, and some champions, like Naafiri, have accumulated enough information to merit multiple listings in various positions.

Naafiri Jungle has the 226th-best win rate out of all 226 champion-position combinations in the game. According to U.GG, the assassin’s games in the jungle currently rank dead last, with a win rate of 40.69 percent in matches played at Emerald rank and higher. She has the 161st-best mid-lane win rate, for reference.

Although Naafiri can be used as both a jungler and a mid laner, the champion has only a few more games played at mid-lane on the new patch (a difference of just over 1,000 games), so it’s still unclear what her “main” position is. While Naafiri Jungle is leaning toward the mid lane, there is still a sizable enough sample size that it is worthwhile to examine the statistics. Naafiri’s win rate in the middle lane is only 48.85%, which isn’t particularly impressive but is still significantly higher than the win rate of just over 40% in the jungle.

In the future, it’s possible (though not entirely likely) that players will prioritize Naafiri as a mid-lane assassin and disregard her as a jungler; few new champions maintain prominence in more than one position for an extended period after release.

If Naafiri’s win percentage of 40% is any indication of her potential as a jungler, it may be clear that her juggling skills could use a little improvement. On July 21, she did experience several nerfs that affected some of her key skills and caused a six percent decrease in her mid-lane win rate over the preceding 48 hours. Naafiri, like the majority of new champions, is likely to experience frequent buffs and nerfs over the upcoming patches.
