Cosmic Insight is also helpful as it reduces the cooldown of your Summoner’s spells and items.
Janna should go for R>E>W>Q. Her Eye of the Storm (E) provides a powerful shield to her allies, which is vital for surviving ganks and early game skirmishes. Zephyr (W) grants Janna additional movement speed passively, while when activated it slows targeted enemies and deals a small amount of magic damage. The slow on his W is strong, so it should be maxed out as a second ability, so you have more power to roam mid-game.
When you’re playing Janna, you should aim to survive the early game without taking a scratch.
