Jingliu unleashes a powerful Ice attack on a single enemy, simultaneously gaining one stack of ‘New Moon.’
Jingliu’s skill inflicts Ice damage equivalent to her ATK stats, while also adding two stacks of ‘New Moon’ to her arsenal.
In this ultimate move, Jingliu deals Ice damage to one enemy and the surrounding foes. If she is in the ‘Transcendence’ state, she gains two stacks of ‘Moonlight’ after each attack. Otherwise, she acquires two stacks of ‘New Moon.’
With four stacks of ‘New Moon,’ Jingliu enters the state of Transcendence, granting her an extra turn. During this state, ‘New Moon’ is converted into ‘Moonlight,’ and Jingliu gains access to a new skill called Moon of Glacial River. When using this skill, Jingliu consumes a portion of her allies’ HP and converts it into ATK. Once the stacks drop to zero, Jingliu exits the state of Transcendence.
At the beginning of a battle, Jingliu gains two stacks of ‘New Moon’ through her Technique.
This enhanced skill enables Jingliu to unleash Ice damage equivalent to her ATK on a single target and the enemies in its vicinity.
