His goal is to advance in the Hunter Association to the S-Class, and he can do so quickly by completing the A-Rank Dungeon that has been giving them trouble.
The Association was worried enough to issue a draft call for all hunters with a B-Rank or higher, and they even went so far as to scout the three best Lee Baek Seo players together. Additionally, the Association promoted its annual budget and announced rewards equal to that amount.

It has also been stated that the best support to date, consisting of 100 A-Class Hunters and 100,000 Ether Cores, will be provided. High rewards for the successful raid kept the hunters’ spirits high.
When Lee Seo Baek and his two companions and a team of hunters approach Dokog-dong, they immediately assume command. In the meantime, Chunho was calling Han Daesung, and Daesung answered. Chunho updates Daesung on the new dungeon and the resources available to clear it. Daesung is in the midst of relocating, but the prospect of becoming an S-Class Hunter has piqued his interest enough to prompt him to inquire about the dungeon.
