Do you want to play Hades 2 on your computer? Before making sure your PC can handle it or not because Hades 2 is coming out soon, and we want to help you understand what you need to run the game smoothly. We will talk about things like your computer’s operating system, processor, memory and graphics card. Even if you have an older computer, Hades 2 is designed to work well on a lot of different machines. As the game gets updated during its early access phase, we will keep you posted on any changes to the recommended specs.

Hades 2 System Requirements: Minimum Specifications

Before you start playing Hades 2, it’s important to know if your computer can handle it. When you visit the game’s page on Steam, you will find the basic things you need to play:

Operating SystemWindows 10 64-bit
ProcessorDual Core 2.4 GHz
Memory8GB RAM
GraphicsGeForce GTX 950 or Radeon R7 360 or Intel HD Graphics 630

You will need a computer with some specific stuff to play Hades 2, you should have at least a dual-core 2.4GHz processor. That means your computer can handle doing two things at once well. You will also need either an Nvidia GeForce GTX 950 or an AMD Radeon R7 360 graphics card. These cards are kind of old now, almost nine years old actually but they can still get the job done for this game.

Even though we’re not sure about all the computer stuff needed for Hades 2, Supergiant Games hasn’t said much about it but their quietness tells us something. It seems like they want the game to be easy for everyone to play no matter what kind of computer they have.

Optimization and Performance

Hades 2 is awesome because it works well on lots of different computers, you don’t need a super fancy computer to play it smoothly. Unlike some other games that need a lot of computer power, Hades 2 keeps things simple so more people can enjoy it.

Looking back at the past when decent graphics cards and memory weren’t too expensive, it’s amazing how much technology has changed and made gaming more affordable. Hades 2 doesn’t need a lot of memory which is great because it means you don’t have to spend a ton on fancy hardware.

As Hades 2 starts its early access phase, you might notice there aren’t specific recommended specifications. This shows that Supergiant Games is focused on improving the game based on what players say and how it performs. They are ready to make changes and make the game better as they go along.

While we are not sure exactly how much storage space Hades 2 will need, it’s a good idea to set aside plenty of room on your computer. Based on how much space the first game needed, it’s likely that Hades 2 will also need quite a bit. It is smart to save around 20 to 30 GB just in case the game is hungry for digital space.
