A popular Rockstar Games insider has suggested that GTA 6’s official reveal might be inching closer and could happen anytime now as GTA fanatics are eagerly waiting for a release date.

GTA 6 is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated games in the history of gaming and despite the massive leak of development footage in a major hack, Rockstar hasn’t spilled any details on the existence of the game, or even its official name.

While Rockstar has already suggested that it wants the next entry in the franchise to shatter all records and set new benchmarks for gaming, this has only caused a stir among the fans’ desires for Rockstar to finally take the wraps off and reveal a trailer or an official photo.

Now, that is something fans might finally see happening soon as per insider Tez2, who is making this “educated guess” on when the studio will announce the next GTA title.

GTA 6 could be announced very soon

According to a post on GTAForums, Tez2 discussed the new GTA Online update, Heist Challenge, and GTA+ event, but also hinted that something more is coming fans’ way.

“I know this isn’t related to GTA 6, but I like to speculate, that Rockstar could announce the info in a sort of ‘community update,” he said.

The insider has previously made several remarks about the upcoming game’s possible reveal, with the Halloween event where UFOs were seen in GTA Online.

“We may receive a tweet like this one from Rockstar, except the newspaper may have a small extra section below suggesting tropical storms in two days or something like that. Thus, hinting at GTA 6’s announcement,” he previously said.

It looks like the insider is sticking to his theory about the company announcing GTA 6 in some kind of blog or through a social media post. It’s imperative to understand that Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar Games’ parent company will be holding its next investor call on November 7th, so if the game is going to see the light of day, it is highly likely to happen before that.
