The fans are excited for Go! Go! Loser Ranger! Episode 8 will be out soon. An epic showdown erupts! One group is the Rangers known as the Dragon Keepers, who defend humanity by channeling the might of the Dragon Gods. In contrast, the villainous army of evil is hell-bent on conquering the planet…. What a complete and utter joke.

The alien invaders, who were subdued in the first year of the war, are now dancing dummies. Defeating them in front of the crowds every Sunday is their only purpose in life! The term “villain” no longer applies to them; now they are merely slaves. Only one invader, though, will take it no more. He’s going to challenge the unstoppable Rangers and bring the system crashing down! Get ready for the premiere of the first (and maybe only) “anti-Ranger” action series!

Recap and Review

In case you haven’t picked up on it yet, one of the major themes in the beginning of Sentai Daishikkaku is how untrustworthy everyone is. Everyone wears a mask; those who don’t tend to meet the same fate as the Blue Ranger who attempted to aid Sentouin XX.

You would think Shion would be more cooperative and try to acquire the keys from D after the thrashing they suffered in the previous episode, but he isn’t. He still ditches D and sides with the other examinees, showing no signs of improvement in the exam, even after that false bonding over mutual trauma. I need you to be quicker, my kid, since this is a harsh world, but you can’t feel too awful because D was going to betray you anyhow.

As the saying goes, “No good deed goes unpunished.” Unfortunately, Peltrola killed the blue ranger. They got a laser hole in the belly for being the friendliest fully-fledged ranger we’ve encountered thus far. I can’t believe XX lost it when someone showed up and killed someone after all that stuff about killing humans, haha. If Peltrola is scared even herself, you know she’s in danger.

Screen time for Suzukiri As always, it moves me. She’s wild, and I just adore it. A very chad move on her part is to pull herself up, demonstrate her superior strength to everyone else, and then simply relinquish the key. Yes, she did it for D, but it’s hilarious that she made it seem like it was because someone said “Anyone can be a ranger.”
